1.Checks-Make payable to Burke Village HOA.  Send payments:

2.Credit Card- Homeowners may pay by credit card by visiting the management's website,www.cardinalmanagementgroup.com,and selecting "For Homeowners: Click Here for Payments".  Our online payment vendor, Paylease.com, accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.  The fee is 4% of the payment amount.  You'll need to use your assigned account number for this method.  PAY ONLINE
 
3.E-Check- homeowners may pay by e-check by visiting management's website -www.cardinalmanagementgroup.comand selecting, "For Homeowners: Click Here for Payments". Simply have your bank account and routing number readily available.  The fee is $3.50 per transaction.
 
4.Direct Debit-Contact Cardinal Management Group to have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account.  You must fill out the required form and provide a voided check.  No additional fee.
